The High Commission for Pakistan in Wellington, New Zealand is pleased to inform the overseas Pakistanis belonging from Punjab/Balochistan/Islamabad/AJK that an online portal called Police Khidmat Markaz Global Portal has been developed to process the applications for various Police related services online. This will considerably reduce the time required for the processing of these applications.

 

The High Commission will process the applications online and no paper based applications will be accepted for the above mentioned provinces.

 

Services to be Provided through Online Portal

The following services will be available through the online portal:

1. Police Character Certificate 

2. General Police Verification (Employee Verification) 

3. Copy of FIR 

4. Tenants Registration 

5. Crime Report

 

Requirements for Police Character Certificate

Personal presence of the applicant at the Pakistan High Commission, Wellington is mandatory. Please bring the following documents with you:

1. Original Valid NICOP/CNIC Card along with its photocopy (front & back) (for Pakistanis only)

2. Original previous Passport with photocopy of its bio-pages (first four pages).

3. Government / Semi Govt Employees should apply along with a NOC obtained from the Head of Department of the parent department.

4. A photocopy of foreign passport / PR Card / landing paper / Status abroad, if any.

5. Self-addressed Express / Registered Post envelope.

If you cannot visit personally you can authorize a friend or relative to apply on your behalf. Following documents will be required:

​

1. Authority letter for application of PCC

2. Original CNIC/NICOP of authorised person

3. Coloured copy of applicant's valid NICOP/CNIC

4. Coloured copy of applicant's Passport (first four pages)

5. A copy of foreign passport/PR card/ Landing paper/ Status abroad if any

6. Two passport size photographs of applicant

7. Self-addressed Express / Registered Post envelope

For Foreign Nationals​

In addition to the above mentioned requirements, a copy of the current passport and previous passport on which a Pakistani visa was issued may also be submitted.

Requirements for Tenant Registration

1. Personal presence of applicant or a family member may represent him/her with written consent

2. CNIC of house owner (overseas Pakistani)

3. CNIC of tenant (local Pakistani resident)

4. Copy of rent agreement

5. Affidavit

6. Photograph of tenant

7. Contact details of both owner and tenant

1. Personal presence of applicant or a family member may represent him/her with written consent
