Commemoration of Kashmir Black Day

The High Commission for Pakistan organized a special event to commemorate Kashmir Black Day which marks 75 years of India's illegal occupation of Kashmir. H.E. Murad Ashraf Janjua highlighted the significance of the day and apprised the participants that since 1947 innocent Kashmiri people are facing Indian atrocities and sacrificing their lives for their just right of self-determination. The High Commissioner also reiterated Pakistan's unflinching support to the self-determination of the Kashmiris.


A documentary on human rights violations in IIOJ&K was screened during the event along with playing a song titled "Mere Watan" which can also be accessed at https://youtu.be/Dcgh_ltjYRo


A photo exhibition depicting Indian atrocities in IIOJ&K will remain open at the High Commission for the visitors till 4 November 2022.
