H.E. Murad Ashraf Janjua at OIC Iftar 2023

OIC Heads of Mission in Wellington hosted an Iftar at which HC Murad Ashraf Janjua delivered the Speech highlighting the importance and spirit of Ramadan. He also traced similarities between Quranic verses on conservation of environment and sustainable living with TIAKI, making for a natural climate change partnership as the guardians of the Planet.

Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan, Minister for Diversity, Inclusion and Ethnic Communities represented the Government of New Zealand. MPs, local representatives, senior officials, diplomats, think tanks, academia, interfaith and ethnic communities’ representatives were among the distinguished guests.
