“Partial Support Program” by Higher Education Commission (HEC) for PhD scholars

The High Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has been executing a special financial scheme titled “Partial Support Program” to provide financial support in final year of PhD studies to AJK/Pakistani National scholars who are pursuing PhD abroad on self-funding.
