Eid Reception/Open House-2015

On the auspicious and joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, High Commissioner for Pakistan, H.E. Ms. Zehra Akbari and Syed Sarwar Hussain Akbari hosted an Eid Reception for Pakistanis and Muslim community living in Wellington and the adjoining areas to celebrate the day.

More than 200 people of diverse nationalities attended the reception including a large number of Pakistani expatriate and students from Wellington, Palmerston North and adjoining areas along with their families. Representatives of diplomatic community including the Apostolic Nuncio and other friends of Pakistan were also present to join the celebrations.
