Pakistani Wedding in Cuba Dupa Festival 2021

As part of Cultural diplomacy Pakistan High Commission participated in the largest street festival of New Zealand- Cuba Dupa. We presented Pakistani wedding procession (baraat) with all the elements of a traditional Pakistani wedding to showcase our lively traditions.

We are thankful to the Pakistani community for participating and presenting our unique culture to the people of New Zealand. With their support we were able to present a positive side of Pakistan and spark curiosity about its traditions. Pakistan Zindabad!
